Aurelio Rubio started the match with the kick off. Ignacio Valery took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gösta Harman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amado Chumo in the 5th minute of play forced Eigtheenstars 2's goalkeeper Ignacio Valery to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Aurelio Rubio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ignacio Valery was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. In the 15th minute António Tinoco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ignacio Valery saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ignacio Valery showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from António Tinoco in the 16th minute of the match. Eigtheenstars 2's Ignacio Valery played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurelio Rubio in the 22nd minute of play. Feliberto Soter could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Nicasio Benino made a huge save. In the 30th minute Julio Faro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicasio Benino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nicasio Benino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernesto Baristo in the 30th minute of play. Amelie FC's Marcial Leoiar was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ignacio Valery in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After some careless play in the Eigtheenstars 2 defense, Aurelio Rubio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ignacio Valery. The Eigtheenstars 2 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ignacio Valery should have stopped the shot. Amelie FC's Nicasio Benino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Amelie FC from getting a goal against them. After 41 minutes, Marcial Leoiar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Amelie FC and the Eigtheenstars 2 players grew even worse after the yellow card. Marcial Leoiar kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. António Tinoco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Julio Faro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ignacio Valery took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aurelio Rubio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aurelio Rubio got free with Ignacio Valery in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 65 minutes into the match, Eigtheenstars 2's goal looked a bit too open when Gösta Harman came free, but Ignacio Valery reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Eigtheenstars 2's Iker Loren got a free kick in the 67th minute. A collision led to Eigtheenstars 2 getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Iker Loren hit a great ball. 1-1 became the score in the 71st minute when Mauro Caruso elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aurelio Rubio in the 75th minute of play forced Eigtheenstars 2's goalkeeper Ignacio Valery to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute, Nemesio Crispo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eigtheenstars 2's Placido Etxahun was substituted for Feliberto Soter. After 77 played minutes Amelie FC got a freekick which was hit by Nemesio Crispo. If Mauro Caruso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82nd minute Placido Etxahun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicasio Benino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nicasio Benino came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Eigtheenstars 2's Placido Etxahun. But to his dismay, Placido Etxahun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. 86 minutes into the match, Amelie FC's goal looked a bit too open when Silvano Bazil came free, but Nicasio Benino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Eigtheenstars 2 getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Silvano Bazil hit a great ball. Ignacio Valery made an important save on a dangerous shot by António Tinoco in the 96th minute.
