Juan Manuel Cruz might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Facundo Altamirano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Juan Manuel Cruz ran back to his position shaking his head. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Cruz Credo made the kick off in the second half. Elias Figueroa kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match.
