A Sку Fυℓℓ σf Sтαяѕ ☆'s Santos Guillen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Placido Segio in the 55th minute of play. In the 64th minute, Placido Segio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Santos Guillen was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 68th minute Placido Segio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santos Guillen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Severo Santos kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. A collision led to San Lorenzo getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Martin Lleir hit a great ball. Luís Fabiano Cavalcante, 74 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The San Lorenzo fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. A Sку Fυℓℓ σf Sтαяѕ ☆ were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
