The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Valentas Kukštas kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Martín Herrera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 22 played minutes Tres Lomas FC got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Ilixo. Martín Herrera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Muhammet Ökten in the 25th minute of play. Martín Herrera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anacleto Lohitzun went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After 31 minutes, Muhammet Ökten made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Tres Lomas FC's Martín Herrera tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 34th minute, Hector Dabi made a precise shot to the right of Martín Herrera. Tres Lomas FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. 38 minutes into the game, one of River Plate ® 9-12:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Pablo-Enrique Escobar had in the 40thth minute some difficulties stopping Belmiro Pontes's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 40 minutes into the game, Belmiro Pontes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Pablo-Enrique Escobar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Tres Lomas FC booed when River Plate ® 9-12 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anacleto Lohitzun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tres Lomas FC's Silverio Cidro got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 47thth minute of the game Muhammet Ökten who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tres Lomas FC's Martín Herrera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hector Dabi to make the kick off. But to his dismay, Muhammet Ökten quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. After 57 minutes of play, River Plate ® 9-12's Anacleto Lohitzun made it 1-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Martín Herrera was left in no man's land by his defense there! Martín Herrera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Muhammet Ökten in the 60th minute of the match. Hector Dabis short, quick shot in the 64thth minute got Martín Herrera to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Martín Herrera was out of position in the 68 minute of play, and Muhammet Ökten capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Muhammet Ökten really showed his touch with that goal: 1-7. Martín Herrera yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-10. River Plate ® 9-12 played a much better game than Tres Lomas FC and deserved their victory. The Tres Lomas FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
