In the 6th minute, Gustavo Haritz made a precise shot to the right of Conan Ledesma. Alzaga FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 10 minutes into the game, Fabricio Bustos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alzaga FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Big Babousa the free kick. Fabricio Bustos hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. In the 11th minute of the match Elano Rotang shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Conan Ledesma showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Gustavo Haritz came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Big Babousa fans jumped to their feet. If Apolo Cordarryl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 32nd match minute, Alzaga FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matias Abella to maneuver through the defense. Luciano Iyan made in the 40th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Sergio Bertran however managed to control. Manuel Ekain received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Monico Montoya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gustavo Haritz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The Alzaga FC fans' excitement grew in the 57th match minute when Alzaga FC's Natalio Elivareo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 61 minutes into the game, Alzaga FC's Manuel Ekain nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Monico Montoya made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. After a rather tough play, Alzaga FC's Manuel Ekain got a free kick in the 65th minute. In the 74th minute, Natalio Elivareo made a precise shot to the right of Monico Montoya. Big Babousa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. Manuel Ekain sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 78th minute, Manuel Ekain hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Big Babousa's Sergio Bertran was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 81st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. 85 minutes into the match, Alzaga FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gustavo Haritz came free, but Conan Ledesma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Silvestre Maurino made in the 87th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Alzaga FC's Apolo Cordarryl. After having played for 90 minutes, Manuel Ekain managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alzaga FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manuel Ekain was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 92 minutes into the match, Big Babousa's goal looked a bit too open when Natalio Elivareo came free, but Monico Montoya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Alzaga FC fully deserved thier win.
