In the 2nd match minute, Quebrachitos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bonifacio Platon to maneuver through the defense. Quebrachitos FC's Atilano Qwinton proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Quebrachitos FC from getting a goal against them. After 11 played minutes Big Babousa got a freekick which was hit by Marco Lorenz. Monico Montoya came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Quebrachitos FC's Filiberto Tallia. But to his dismay, Filiberto Tallia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Through an outstanding action, after 15 minutes, Atilano Qwinton successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When Jonatan Inge fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Big Babousa's protests and gave Jonatan Inge a yellow card for diving instead. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Big Babousa's goalkeeper Monico Montoya, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Godfredo Artal charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After 37 played minutes Big Babousa got a freekick which was hit by Silvestre Maurino. In the 39th minute, Filiberto Tallia made a precise shot to the right of Monico Montoya. Big Babousa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. After a rather tough play, Quebrachitos FC's Bernabe Herauso got a free kick in the 41st minute. Tadeo Mannie blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Monico Montoya having to make a save.
The wind increased when Gustavo Haritz made the kick off in the second half. Atilano Qwinton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sergio Bertran, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. After having played for 60 minutes, Elano Rotang managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Big Babousa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elano Rotang was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Emanuel Mero blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Atilano Qwinton having to make a save. The supporters of Big Babousa booed when Quebrachitos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osvaldo Taurino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Monico Montoya was out of position in the 69 minute of play, and Aquilino Montay capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Aquilino Montay really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. In the 72nd minute Guillermo Bortzaioriz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Monico Montoya saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Monico Montoya made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Tadeo Mannie sent off a good shot on target. Sergio Bertran recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Monico Montoya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aquilino Montay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 86 minutes into the match, Quebrachitos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gustavo Haritz came free, but Atilano Qwinton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Big Babousa's Silvestre Maurino got a free kick in the 87th minute. Quebrachitos FC's Filiberto Tallia shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 88th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Monico Montoya but with some difficulty. After some careless play in the Quebrachitos FC defense, Sergio Bertran kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Atilano Qwinton. The Quebrachitos FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Atilano Qwinton should have stopped the shot. Sergio Bertran struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Atilano Qwinton didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Big Babousa.
