Sixto Ugaitz charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sixto Ugaitz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Vicente Beliran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustavo Haritz in the 4th minute of play. The supporters of Big Babousa booed when CF Scalonetos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ignacio Roldan didn't get a good kick on the ball. 5 minutes into the game, Gustavo Haritz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Vicente Beliran was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Mero in the 10th minute of play forced CF Scalonetos's goalkeeper Vicente Beliran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 13 minutes into the match, Emanuel Mero notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of CF Scalonetos's Vicente Beliran. Vicente Beliran was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 16 minutes into the game, Mario Senio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CF Scalonetos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Big Babousa the free kick. In the 16th minute, Mario Senio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 17th match minute, Big Babousa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustavo Haritz to maneuver through the defense. In the 20th match minute, CF Scalonetos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sixto Ugaitz to maneuver through the defense. 22 minutes into the match, Silvestre Maurino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vicente Beliran. CF Scalonetos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Silvestre Maurino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Big Babousa's Monico Montoya proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Big Babousa from getting a goal against them. CF Scalonetos's Vicente Beliran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustavo Haritz in the 31st minute of play. In the 34th minute, CF Scalonetos's Alonzo Manny ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Monico Montoya. Monico Montoya yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustavo Haritz in the 41st minute of play forced CF Scalonetos's goalkeeper Vicente Beliran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alonzo Manny in the 45thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Monico Montoya, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alonzo Manny to make the kick off. CF Scalonetos's Vicente Beliran proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save CF Scalonetos from getting a goal against them. In the 59th minute, CF Scalonetos's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Gustavo Haritz fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 63 minutes into the match, Gustavo Haritz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vicente Beliran. CF Scalonetos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gustavo Haritz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. If Emanuel Mero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 75 minutes into the game, Gustavo Haritz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Vicente Beliran. Gustavo Haritz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-5. Gustavo Haritz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Vicente Beliran made a huge save. Justino Avellaneda hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. CF Scalonetos's Vicente Beliran proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save CF Scalonetos from getting a goal against them. Vicente Beliran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emanuel Mero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 86 minutes into the game, Paolo Godoy was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CF Scalonetos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Big Babousa the free kick. In the 86th match minute, CF Scalonetos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paolo Godoy to maneuver through the defense. If Gustavo Haritz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 90th match minute, Big Babousa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luciano Iyan to maneuver through the defense. Justino Avellaneda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Monico Montoya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vicente Beliran made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Gustavo Haritz sent off a good shot on target. The CF Scalonetos fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Big Babousa were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
