Saverio Dominix was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Epifanio Orkatz showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 22 minute of play. Epifanio Orkatz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Saverio Dominix having to make a save. 39 minutes into the game, Jacinto Marcones cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Luciano Azeari was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 44 minutes, Epifanio Orkatz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barrilete Cósmico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Epifanio Orkatz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. During the 44th minute of the match Roque Boniel completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Roque Boniel a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lucio Viator during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Barrilete Cósmico booed when La Maquina 9-12-18 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucio Viator didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jacinto Marcones got free with Luciano Azeari in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Barrilete Cósmico's Jonatan Cuarto got a free kick in the 71st minute. Jacinto Marcones sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Juan Telos short, quick shot in the 76thth minute got Luciano Azeari to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 80 minutes into the match, Jacinto Marcones notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of Barrilete Cósmico's Luciano Azeari. Luciano Azeari was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Jacinto Marcones had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute.
