A very good chance for a goal. 10 minutes into the match, Quebrachitos FC's goalkeeper Gualterio Loco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alonzo Manny. When Quebrachitos FC's Alex Sarr in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CF Scalonetos's goalie prevented a goal. Ignacio Roldan's late challenge caught a Quebrachitos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ignacio Roldan helped the player get up and apologised. CF Scalonetos's Sixto Ugaitz got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Quebrachitos FC's Alex Sarr in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CF Scalonetos's goalie prevented a goal. After 27 minutes, Paul George mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Quebrachitos FC and the CF Scalonetos players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 28 played minutes Quebrachitos FC got a freekick which was hit by Paul George. Alex Sarr received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Vicente Beliran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vicente Beliran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Atilano Qwinton in the 33rd minute of play. CF Scalonetos's Vicente Beliran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex Sarr in the 35th minute of play. A collision led to CF Scalonetos getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Justino Avellaneda hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Justino Avellaneda during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 43 played minutes CF Scalonetos got a freekick which was hit by Justino Avellaneda. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Alonzo Manny in the 52nd minute of play forced Quebrachitos FC's goalkeeper Gualterio Loco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Atilano Qwinton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Romulo Cucao had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gualterio Loco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alonzo Manny, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 74th match minute, CF Scalonetos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mario Senio to maneuver through the defense. CF Scalonetos's Celestino Martxelin was substituted for Reynaldo Huly. CF Scalonetos's Vicente Beliran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guillermo Bortzaioriz in the 83rd minute of play. In the 84th minute, Alex Sarr left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Quebrachitos FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. After some careless play in the CF Scalonetos defense, Alex Sarr kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vicente Beliran. The CF Scalonetos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vicente Beliran should have stopped the shot. Quebrachitos FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
