When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Silvio Llope took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Camilo Santiago to make any attempt to save it. In the 17th minute, Melquiades Tohias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Cristo Furtado in the 18th minute really tested Camilo Santiago's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. With a little luck, Big Babousa's Camilo Santiago got control of the ball when Silvio Llope tried to sneak it across the goal line. Maximiliano Dalmu kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Camilo Santiago made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Norberto Medardo sent off a good shot on target. Celedonio Iraitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruperto Caitano in the 30th minute of play. A collision led to Black Rose 1979 getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Armando Jax hit a great ball. Celedonio Iraitz came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Big Babousa's Sergio Bertran. But to his dismay, Sergio Bertran quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Melquiades Tohias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Celedonio Iraitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gonza Montiel hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. After having played for 60 minutes, Melquiades Tohias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Big Babousa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Melquiades Tohias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Celedonio Iraitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ruperto Caitano, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. In the 67th match minute, Big Babousa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vicente Tallia to maneuver through the defense. In the 73rd minute Bernabe Bazil suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. Mariano Ordono's late challenge caught a Big Babousa's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mariano Ordono helped the player get up and apologised. Big Babousa's Emanuel Mero was substituted for Bernabe Bazil. After 74 played minutes Black Rose 1979 got a freekick which was hit by Mariano Ordono. Ruperto Caitano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celedonio Iraitz having to interfere. A collision led to Black Rose 1979 getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Norberto Medardo hit a great ball. In the 81st minute, Ruperto Caitano made a precise shot to the right of Celedonio Iraitz. Black Rose 1979's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. After having played for 85 minutes, Silvio Llope managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Black Rose 1979's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silvio Llope was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Celedonio Iraitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Melquiades Tohias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Melquiades Tohias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 92nd minute, Melquiades Tohias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle sounded Big Babousa left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Black Rose 1979.
