Serafin James's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Vicente Beliran firmly grabbed it by the left post. Vicente Beliran didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Haroldo Edur went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. After 9 played minutes CF Scalonetos got a freekick which was hit by Mario Senio. Haroldo Edur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 18th minute, Jaime Dantae reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Vicente Beliran. The goal made the score 3-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Reynaldo Huly during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 25 played minutes CF Scalonetos got a freekick which was hit by Reynaldo Huly. The supporters of Berutti FC booed when CF Scalonetos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Justino Avellaneda didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vicente Beliran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tadeo Sal in the 35th minute of the match. Vicente Beliran made an important save on a dangerous shot by Haroldo Edur in the 45th minute. Jaime Dantae sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Haroldo Edur was the one to do the kick off. Vicente Beliran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Haroldo Edur, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. When Ignacio Roldan fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CF Scalonetos's protests and gave Ignacio Roldan a yellow card for diving instead. 59 minutes into the match, CF Scalonetos's goal looked a bit too open when Haroldo Edur came free, but Vicente Beliran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vicente Beliran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Haroldo Edur, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. After a rather tough play, CF Scalonetos's Justino Avellaneda got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Isidro Cloyo charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Isidro Cloyo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 75th minute Haroldo Edur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicente Beliran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. CF Scalonetos's Alonzo Manny was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 79th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Haroldo Edur in the 86th minute of play forced CF Scalonetos's goalkeeper Vicente Beliran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the Berutti FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
