After 11 played minutes Islas FC got a freekick which was hit by Nicolas Iruinea. The supporters of Islas FC booed when La Maquina 9-12-18 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Venancio Etor didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ermegildo Joey in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Saverio Dominix saved La Maquina 9-12-18 from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Telo in the 16th minute of play forced Islas FC's goalkeeper Fernan Rio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 18 minutes into the game, Jacinto Marcones lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Fernan Rio. Fernan Rio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Telo in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 23rd minute, Constantino Urtsua reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fernan Rio. The goal made the score 3-0. In the 28th minute, Narciso Acevedo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Saverio Dominix was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. In the 31stth minute of the game Ermegildo Joey who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but La Maquina 9-12-18's Saverio Dominix was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fernan Rio made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Constantino Urtsua sent off a good shot on target. Humberto Lonzo's late challenge caught a La Maquina 9-12-18's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Humberto Lonzo helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 34th minute of the game. One of Islas FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of La Maquina 9-12-18:s goal. Fernan Rio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Juan Telo in the 41st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Constantino Urtsua kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fernan Rio. That made the score 6-1 in the 46 minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ermegildo Joey was the one to do the kick off. In the 59th minute Constantino Urtsua shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernan Rio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lucio Viator kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Ermegildo Joey managed to get in a good position for a shot. Islas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ermegildo Joey was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Saverio Dominix breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Severino Casomiro got free with Saverio Dominix in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 70 minutes into the game, La Maquina 9-12-18's Jacinto Marcones nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fernan Rio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Nicolas Iruinea managed to get in a good position for a shot. Islas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicolas Iruinea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Saverio Dominix breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Victorino Iban sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 80 minutes into the match, Islas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Victorino Iban came free, but Fernan Rio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jacinto Marcones fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernan Rio having to interfere. A collision led to La Maquina 9-12-18 getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Teo Arce hit a great ball. Juan Telo kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Saverio Dominix made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Severino Casomiro sent off a good shot on target. There was no doubt that La Maquina 9-12-18 were the better team. La Maquina 9-12-18's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
