TIBURON F.C's Maximino Merexildo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvaro Errando in the 12th minute of play. In the 15th minute Carlos Alberto Marquez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximino Merexildo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Honorio Justin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maurício Bomba read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. The wind increased when Alvaro Errando made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to TIBURON F.C getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Verners Bodnieks hit a great ball. Alvaro Errando could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Maximino Merexildo made a huge save. AC LeX Luthor's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
