Isidoro Ponce kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. MOEBIO's Aquiles Castulo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Marco Aguirre, made in the 11th minute of the game. Gasteiz Latorre scored 0-1 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Esteve Montrel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 24 minutes into the match, MOEBIO's goal looked a bit too open when Gasteiz Latorre came free, but Esteve Montrel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 27 played minutes MOEBIO got a freekick which was hit by Teodoro Camerino. 29 minutes into the game, Gasteiz Latorre cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Esteve Montrel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Club Dep. Soc. Rodo fans' excitement grew in the 32nd match minute when Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Gasteiz Latorre looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Gasteiz Latorre took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Esteve Montrel. Esteve Montrel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. MOEBIO's Esteve Montrel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gasteiz Latorre in the 41st minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anthon Öberg was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the game, Anthon Öberg recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Esteve Montrel. Anthon Öberg showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. In the 59th minute Celso Trasloseros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteve Montrel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anthon Öberg scored 0-7 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Esteve Montrel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 71st minute, Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Celso Trasloseros ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Esteve Montrel. Esteve Montrel yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-8. In the 81st minute Anthon Öberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteve Montrel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Anthon Öberg slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Esteve Montrel. That made the score 0-9 after 82 minutes of play. An unexpected shot in the 91st minute by Anthon Öberg got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The supporters of Club Dep. Soc. Rodo booed when MOEBIO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teodoro Camerino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jeremy Avellana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Neron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
