But to his dismay, Muhammet Ökten quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Rigoberto Bihar made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Teobaldo Belmiro sent off a good shot on target. If Teobaldo Belmiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

After a rather tough play, Gastres FC's Göran Nyström got a free kick in the 51st minute. Luca Langoni could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Geronimo Ongile made a huge save. Gastres FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 54th minute, when Luca Langoni scored to the left of an out of position Geronimo Ongile, making the score, 2-2. Gastres FC's Geronimo Ongile proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Gastres FC from getting a goal against them. In the 58thth minute of the game Calistrat Geangu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but River Plate ® 9-12's Rigoberto Bihar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rigoberto Bihar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teobaldo Belmiro in the 61st minute of play. Gastres FC's Geronimo Ongile proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Gastres FC from getting a goal against them. 66 minutes into the match, Placido Silvanito notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Gastres FC's Geronimo Ongile. Geronimo Ongile was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. River Plate ® 9-12 made a substitution. Cayetano Iratxo replaced Placido Silvanito. River Plate ® 9-12's Cristian Christian was substituted for Luca Langoni. In the 74th minute of the match, Cayetano Iratxo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Geronimo Ongile saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Muhammet Ökten could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Geronimo Ongile made a huge save. Rigoberto Bihar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benjamin Neto in the 82nd minute of the match. Gastres FC made a substitution. Edgardo Javiar replaced Benjamin Neto. Gastres FC's attentive Marcos Acuña managed to snatch the ball when Răzvan Panait made a throw-in in the 86th minute of the game. A throw-in in the 87th minute of the game was made by Clemente Elodio with Mathieu Koning as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edgardo Javiar in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rigoberto Bihar saved River Plate ® 9-12 from getting behind. After taking down the ball on River Plate ® 9-12's corner Muhammet Ökten fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Geronimo Ongile quite easily take care of the ball. Rigoberto Bihar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgardo Javiar in the 93rd minute of the match. Gastres FC's Geronimo Ongile played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cayetano Iratxo in the 94th minute of play. Muhammet Ökten blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Geronimo Ongile having to make a save. Geronimo Ongile made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cayetano Iratxo in the 96th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. River Plate ® 9-12 had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
