Spectators: 46 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Loco De Remate's Rene Aires started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some careless play in the C.U.E. DE COMERCIO defense, Rene Aires kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alfredinho Gerber. The C.U.E. DE COMERCIO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alfredinho Gerber should have stopped the shot. Seb Gentiletti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Walmir Catarinense tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 17 minutes into the match, Loco De Remate's goal looked a bit too open when Sergio Mustafa came free, but Walmir Catarinense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcos Senesi made in the 19th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Loco De Remate's Roberto Mouzo. Sergio Mustafa scored 1-1 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Walmir Catarinense, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Sergio Mustafa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Magne Söderberg's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Walmir Catarinense firmly grabbed it by the left post. C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's Alfredinho Gerber played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rene Aires in the 32nd minute of play. Alfredinho Gerber took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rene Aires, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sergio Mustafa in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Walmir Catarinense prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alfredinho Gerber made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rene Aires in the 37th minute of play. A collision led to Loco De Remate getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Roberto Mouzo hit a great ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sergio Mustafa was the one to do the kick off. Walmir Catarinense came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's Sergio Mustafa. But to his dismay, Sergio Mustafa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's Salvador Romano was substituted for Sergio Mustafa. The throw-in from Fabian Raphael in the 63rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's Seb Gentiletti. A collision led to Loco De Remate getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Rene Aires hit a great ball. Walmir Catarinense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodoro Nikola in the 76th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Teodoro Nikola in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Walmir Catarinense saved Loco De Remate from getting behind. 83 minutes into the match, Loco De Remate's Rene Aires sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alfredinho Gerber narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Walmir Catarinense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Taveira in the 88th minute of play. When Hıdır Namal came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Loco De Remate fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hıdır Namal couldn't finish the play. Loco De Remate's Baškim Sumulikovski was substituted for Bruno Medero. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the C.U.E. DE COMERCIO players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
