In the 47th minute of the match, Teodosio Figueroa tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Camilo Salvidor saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gabriele Batistuta made a kick off. Menchu FC's Camilo Salvidor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodosio Figueroa in the 55th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Lagrima en Jarrita's Domingos Gaitan got a free kick in the 55th minute. Loco Malo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. After 77 played minutes Menchu FC got a freekick which was hit by Basarab Jupân. In the 78th minute of the match Lu Bin Cheng sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Camilo Salvidor skillfully saved the ball. In the 83rd minute, Gabriele Batistuta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dalmacio Llorian in the 86th minute of play forced Menchu FC's goalkeeper Camilo Salvidor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 88 minutes into the match, Dalmacio Llorian notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Menchu FC's Camilo Salvidor.
