Despite this Till Geppert quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Till Geppert made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Åke Fors sent off a good shot on target. Håkan Söderberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Immanuel Baumann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 40 minutes, Tomas Kråk mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Degerfors IF and the Hannover Reds players grew even worse after the yellow card.
