Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) SK Mons's Cornel Ulici started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The crowd rose to their feet as Tod Freeman kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Alex Pihl. That made the score 3-0 in the 9 minute of play. Grant Blacknell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruben Smidts, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leif Olofsson was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 23rdth minute of the game Tod Freeman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SK Mons's Alex Pihl was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 27 minutes into the match, Camron Rhodes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alex Pihl. SK Mons's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Camron Rhodes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. In the 30th minute, Camron Rhodes reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alex Pihl. The goal made the score 7-0. SK Mons's Alex Pihl proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save SK Mons from getting a goal against them. Leif Olofsson charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leif Olofsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 39th match minute, SK Mons was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leif Olofsson to maneuver through the defense. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Şükür Hagi made a kick off. Alex Pihl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tod Freeman in the 51st minute of the match. SK Mons's Alex Pihl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Will Patton in the 53rd minute of play. Alex Pihl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tod Freeman in the 56th minute of play. With a little luck, Leicester Lions's Grant Blacknell got control of the ball when Ruben Smidts tried to sneak it across the goal line. Will Patton scored 8-0 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alex Pihl, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tod Freeman in the 68th minute of play forced SK Mons's goalkeeper Alex Pihl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Camron Rhodes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 73rdth minute of the game Sebastien Clifford who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SK Mons's Alex Pihl was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Leicester Lions's Grant Blacknell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cornel Ulici in the 74th minute of play. Alex Pihl came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Leicester Lions's Will Patton. But to his dismay, Will Patton quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. Leicester Lions made a substitution. Jack Sharp replaced Alexander Cheetham. After 80 played minutes SK Mons got a freekick which was hit by Leif Olofsson. Alex Pihl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tod Freeman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. SK Mons's Alex Pihl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Will Patton in the 82nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Şükür Hagi in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alex Pihl prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 88th minute of the match Sebastien Clifford sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alex Pihl skillfully saved the ball. In the 91st minute Sebastien Clifford shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alex Pihl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alex Pihl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastien Clifford in the 91st minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Will Patton made a precise shot to the right of Alex Pihl. SK Mons's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 10-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Leicester Lions had played much better football throughout.
