MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's Vlad Voican played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lars Schira in the 90th minute of play. After a rather tough play, MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's Rareș Vasilescu got a free kick in the 94th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
