After 7 played minutes Deportivo Peñarol FIFV got a freekick which was hit by Kai Havertz. If Manuel Antonio Cromefeldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ladislao Mazurkiewicz didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 10th minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. In the 13th minute Manuel Antonio Cromefeldt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ladislao Mazurkiewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 16 minutes, Peyo Contera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deportivo Peñarol FIFV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Peyo Contera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 20 minutes into the match, KFC Cromvelde's goal looked a bit too open when Peyo Contera came free, but Gunter Roeckeloes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 22 minutes into the game, Zhang Cheng Ping cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Gunter Roeckeloes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jaffery Stanton lost his temper 25 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The supporters of Deportivo Peñarol FIFV booed when KFC Cromvelde was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Willem-Alexander Vercauteren didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 31 played minutes Deportivo Peñarol FIFV got a freekick which was hit by Kai Havertz. Manuel Antonio Cromefeldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Zhang Cheng Ping managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo Peñarol FIFV's supporters rose to their feet, but Zhang Cheng Ping was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gunter Roeckeloes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Manuel Antonio Cromefeldt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Ladislao Mazurkiewicz made a huge save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Manuel Antonio Cromefeldt made a kick off. If Willem-Alexander Vercauteren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 53rd minute Manuel Antonio Cromefeldt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ladislao Mazurkiewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manuel Antonio Cromefeldt in the 56th minute of play forced Deportivo Peñarol FIFV's goalkeeper Ladislao Mazurkiewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. KFC Cromvelde's Gunter Roeckeloes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save KFC Cromvelde from getting a goal against them. After having played for 75 minutes, Willem-Alexander Vercauteren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KFC Cromvelde's supporters crossed their fingers, but Willem-Alexander Vercauteren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. KFC Cromvelde made a substitution. Quillian Cromefeldt replaced Manuel Antonio Cromefeldt. Ladislao Mazurkiewicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Willem-Alexander Vercauteren, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. 81 minutes into the match, KFC Cromvelde's Quillian Cromefeldt sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ladislao Mazurkiewicz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ladislao Mazurkiewicz came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by KFC Cromvelde's Willem-Alexander Vercauteren. But to his dismay, Willem-Alexander Vercauteren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Deportivo Peñarol FIFV's Ladislao Mazurkiewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Quillian Cromefeldt in the 90th minute of play. In the 92nd minute Zhang Cheng Ping shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gunter Roeckeloes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 95 minutes into the game, Anacleto Maratea was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KFC Cromvelde's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Deportivo Peñarol FIFV the free kick. In the 95th minute, Anacleto Maratea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
