Pierre-Emmanuel Teboul hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. In the 4th minute, Manuel Antonio Cromefeldt reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gustave Lechat. The goal made the score 1-0. 8 minutes into the match, KFC Cromvelde's Manuel Antonio Cromefeldt sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gustave Lechat narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Manuel Antonio Cromefeldt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gustave Lechat read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. Manuel Antonio Cromefeldt blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gustave Lechat having to make a save. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind R.C. Marseille's goalkeeper Gustave Lechat, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Manuel Antonio Cromefeldt's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 14thth minute, Gustave Lechat skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. R.C. Marseille's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Manuel Antonio Cromefeldt 16 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bart Vetter in the 20th minute of play forced KFC Cromvelde's goalkeeper Gunter Roeckeloes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. KFC Cromvelde's Gunter Roeckeloes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florent Travers in the 21st minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, R.C. Marseille's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Antonio Cromefeldt came free, but Gustave Lechat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Manuel Antonio Cromefeldt scored 3-0 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gustave Lechat, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind R.C. Marseille's goalkeeper Gustave Lechat, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manuel Antonio Cromefeldt in the 37th minute of play forced R.C. Marseille's goalkeeper Gustave Lechat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Manuel Antonio Cromefeldt in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gustave Lechat saved R.C. Marseille from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Manuel Antonio Cromefeldt put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Gustave Lechat. Concetto Cesare fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustave Lechat having to interfere. 43 minutes into the game, Willem-Alexander Vercauteren recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gustave Lechat. Willem-Alexander Vercauteren showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-0. Gunter Roeckeloes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Teinturier in the 48th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Paulo Teinturier to make the kick off. Manuel Antonio Cromefeldt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gustave Lechat read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. Gustave Lechat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Antonio Cromefeldt in the 55th minute of play. KFC Cromvelde's Bayhan Tüzünalp was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Gustave Lechat in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. KFC Cromvelde were awarded a corner in the 60th minute after R.C. Marseille's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joppe Wortelers took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Joppe Wortelers got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gustave Lechat quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind R.C. Marseille's goalkeeper Gustave Lechat, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. KFC Cromvelde were awarded a corner in the 64th minute after R.C. Marseille's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joppe Wortelers took the corner. But to his dismay, Manuel Antonio Cromefeldt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. 74 minutes into the game, KFC Cromvelde's Manuel Antonio Cromefeldt nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gustave Lechat made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. If Manuel Antonio Cromefeldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manuel Antonio Cromefeldt in the 77th minute of play forced R.C. Marseille's goalkeeper Gustave Lechat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gustave Lechat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Antonio Cromefeldt in the 80th minute of the match. Manuel Antonio Cromefeldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gustave Lechat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Antonio Cromefeldt in the 82nd minute of the match. Manuel Antonio Cromefeldt blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gustave Lechat having to make a save. Willem-Alexander Vercauteren kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute, Quillian Cromefeldt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gustave Lechat was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. KFC Cromvelde were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of R.C. Marseille for a fine match.
