SK Mons's Alex Pihl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zachary Rywin in the 36th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leif Olofsson during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Leif Olofsson hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. A collision led to Camporioccio VS getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Zachary Rywin hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zachary Rywin in the 43rd minute of play forced SK Mons's goalkeeper Alex Pihl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half Camporioccio VS were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ruben Smidts was the one to do the kick off. In the 62nd minute, SK Mons's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Şimşek Yağızer fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 65 minutes into the match, SK Mons's goalkeeper Alex Pihl had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lucian Florei. SK Mons's Leif Olofsson got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. During the 89th minute of the match Cornel Ulici completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Cornel Ulici a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 89 played minutes SK Mons got a freekick which was hit by Cornel Ulici. The SK Mons fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Camporioccio VS were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
