The supporters of San Martin de Tucuman booed when Bastion Juźkowa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugon Gongola didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carmelo Osoitz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Grzegorz Duszenski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. Bastion Juźkowa's Jedrzej Chrzan managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Cecilio Urbez in the 23 minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Grigoris Charalambidis in the 29th minute of play forced San Martin de Tucuman's goalkeeper Cecilio Jax to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paulino Lamberto's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Grzegorz Duszenski firmly grabbed it by the left post. A collision led to Bastion Juźkowa getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Arthur Van Brusselen hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Paulino Lamberto managed to get in a good position for a shot. San Martin de Tucuman's supporters rose to their feet, but Paulino Lamberto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Grzegorz Duszenski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 47th minute of the match San Martin de Tucuman got a corner. Bastion Juźkowa's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Paulino Lamberto ran over to the corner to take the kick. The audience was convinced that Paulino Lamberto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Grzegorz Duszenski was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. Grzegorz Duszenski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulino Lamberto in the 72nd minute of the match. In the 79th minute Marcial Munio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grzegorz Duszenski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 87th minute, Marcial Munio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The San Martin de Tucuman fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0.
