Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alexandru Tudorică in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ruperto Santio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ruperto Santio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jyrki Saarelainen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Victor Negara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zachariasz Ptaszek in the 18th minute of play. Jyrki Saarelainen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Ruperto Santio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 25 played minutes !HalaMadrid! got a freekick which was hit by Zdzislaw Gierlach. Victor Negara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zachariasz Ptaszek in the 29th minute of the match. Ruperto Santio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manole Frunză, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Rovine Craiova's Victor Negara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wit Dynda in the 36th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jyrki Saarelainen in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ruperto Santio saved !HalaMadrid! from getting behind. After 43 minutes, Zachariasz Ptaszek mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the !HalaMadrid! and the Rovine Craiova players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 46th minute, Rovine Craiova's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Zachariasz Ptaszek fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

0-1 became the score in the 52nd minute when Jyrki Saarelainen elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alexandru Tudorică got free with Ruperto Santio in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. !HalaMadrid!'s Ruperto Santio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save !HalaMadrid! from getting a goal against them. Ruperto Santio came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Rovine Craiova's Alexandru Tudorică. But to his dismay, Alexandru Tudorică quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. When Zachariasz Ptaszek was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 69 minutes had been played. A collision led to !HalaMadrid! getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Zachariasz Ptaszek hit a great ball. Marcu Vârjean made in the 81st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Flavius Simionescu however managed to control. Jyrki Saarelainen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marcu Vârjean made a great header on Rovine Craiova's corner, it was just that !HalaMadrid!'s Ruperto Santio managed to reach the ball for a save. When the match clock showed 95 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Manole Frunză sped through !HalaMadrid!'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ruperto Santio. The Rovine Craiova players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
