Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Denis Txomin took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 6th minute, Saturnino Astigar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gallo Moron fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 9thth minute of the game Denis Txomin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Denis Txomin in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Gallo Moron's Jarrod Pedroso got a free kick in the 11th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 17th minute of play forced Gallo Moron's goalkeeper Eugenio Fidensio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eugenio Fidensio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 18th minute of the match. Saturnino Astigar in the 20thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Julio Vera, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 21st minute, Daniel Zorita left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. 26 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Gino Peruzzi came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Saturnino Astigar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eugenio Fidensio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 33rd minute of play. After 35 minutes of play, Ecuador's Felix Montenegro made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eugenio Fidensio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Eugenio Fidensio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristian Sancho went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. The audience was convinced that Cristian Sancho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eugenio Fidensio was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. In the 45th minute, Ernesto Farias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Gallo Moron was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Urbano Viviano didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Ecuador were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Gallo Moron's Eugenio Fidensio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 51st minute of play. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saturnino Astigar, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. In the 66th match minute, Gallo Moron was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gino Peruzzi to maneuver through the defense. Gino Peruzzi kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 76th minute. After a rather tough play, Gallo Moron's Joel Gudesteo got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
