Ricardo Zorita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bonito Gol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Benito Belmiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save El Salvador from getting a goal against them. In the 14thth minute of the game Benito Belmiro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 22 played minutes El Salvador got a freekick which was hit by Abram Luque. Benito Belmiro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ricardo Zorita having to make a save. In the 25th minute, Buják's Benito Belmiro dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. A collision led to El Salvador getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Jesus Carvallo hit a great ball. In the 29th minute Benito Belmiro managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. Lajos Pálosi made in the 35th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Benito Belmiro. In the 38th minute, Buják's Benito Belmiro ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ricardo Zorita. Ricardo Zorita yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. If Moises Fernandino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ricardo Zorita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bonito Gol in the 47th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

After a defensive mix-up in El Salvador's zone, Benito Belmiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ricardo Zorita came out of the goal and Benito Belmiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A very good chance for a goal. 59 minutes into the game, Lorenzo Yepes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind El Salvador's goalkeeper Ricardo Zorita, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ricardo Zorita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benito Belmiro in the 62nd minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Bonito Gol notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita. Ricardo Zorita was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jesus Carvallo during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 67th minute, Jesus Carvallo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benito Belmiro was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 68th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 69 minutes into the game, Marco Tamayo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. El Salvador's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Buják the free kick. After a rather tough play, El Salvador's Marco Tamayo got a free kick in the 69th minute. After 72nd play minutes Bonito Gol shot 5-0, a short shot which went by Ricardo Zorita and just under the crossbar into goal. Buják made a substitution. Gábor Szász replaced Benito Belmiro. Bonito Gol took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ricardo Zorita. Ricardo Zorita dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. In the 81st minute, Bonito Gol ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ricardo Zorita was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Jesus Carvallo kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Buják players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
