Ardo Teras sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ardo Teras in the 13th minute of play. Ingmar Karuauk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 15th minute of the match. Ingmar Karuauk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Ardo Teras's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Ardo Teras managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nisu Unn's supporters rose to their feet, but Ardo Teras was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 36 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ingmar Karuauk was left in no man's land by his defense there! Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ardo Teras in the 39th minute of play. In the 39th minute Ardo Teras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 42 minutes, Ardo Teras managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nisu Unn's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ardo Teras was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 45 played minutes Nisu Unn got a freekick which was hit by Enno Karmo. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Maido Kallis made a kick off. Luis Andino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 56th minute, Robertinho Carlos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 61st minute, Ardo Teras ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Julio Vera was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ardo Teras's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. In the 65th match minute, Nisu Unn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Priidik Maamägi to maneuver through the defense. Nisu Unn's Normando Guztros was substituted for Ahmet Boran Topdemir. Nisu Unn's Alo Nigol was substituted for Ardo Teras. Priidik Maamägi hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. 70 minutes into the game, Alo Nigol cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Julio Vera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 77 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Priidik Maamägi who took care of the corner kick. Luis Andino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nisu Unn's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Priidik Maamägi in the 82nd minute. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Ingmar Karuauk made a huge save. In the 85th minute Luis Andino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ingmar Karuauk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 87 minutes of play, Nisu Unn's Alo Nigol made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alo Nigol in the 93rd minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
