Demonde Jacobson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benjamin Dias, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. With a little luck, Jamaica's Demonde Jacobson got control of the ball when Benjamin Dias tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jamaica's defense didn't have a chance, in the 40th minute, when Antto Vahalahti scored to the left of an out of position Demonde Jacobson, making the score, 6-0. In the 43rd minute, Benjamin Dias left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Acadêmicos Esporte Clube fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. Demonde Jacobson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benjamin Dias in the 48th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Finlay Stair stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Michel Klose scored 8-0 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Demonde Jacobson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Demonde Jacobson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
