Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Horea Cucu in the 11th minute of the match. In the 18th minute Horea Cucu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mexico's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Precious Wing was slow to take the kick. During this time BilascuBM's players had a chance to rest. If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some careless play in the BilascuBM defense, Joel Gaona kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dumitru Neața. The BilascuBM fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dumitru Neața should have stopped the shot. Dumitru Neața showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 34th minute of the match. Dumitru Neața showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. 43 minutes into the match, Lautaro Mancebo notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of BilascuBM's Dumitru Neața. Dumitru Neața was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, BilascuBM's Horea Cucu got a free kick in the 46th minute. After the first half Mexico were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Horea Cucu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With an all-out effort, Mexico's Dumitru Neața threw himself towards the right post 52 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Joel Gaona, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Dumitru Neața made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 55th minute. 57 minutes into the match, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dumitru Neața narrowly saved just below the crossbar. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 77th minute, but Dumitru Neața got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving BilascuBM hanging dry this time. After 78 minutes BilascuBM's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Gaona who took care of the corner kick. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Luca Zorita advanced and headed the ball into goal, 1-4 in the 79th minute. In the 81st minute, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dumitru Neața. Dumitru Neața yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-5. The supporters of BilascuBM booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Facundo Cadaval didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lautaro Mancebo came free with the goalkeeper in the 87th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Dumitru Neața could save by the left post. In the 92nd minute, Vali Doman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dumitru Neața made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 93rd minute of play. Mexico played a much better game than BilascuBM and deserved their victory. The BilascuBM players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
