The referee ignored Vanderslaike FC's protests and gave Naldo Fonseca a yellow card for diving instead. Anier Sayvion took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomás Angel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lev Yashin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Naldo Fonseca in the 19th minute. A collision led to Vanderslaike FC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play.
