The corner led Galo do Japi's Falcão Duarte to a score. 0-1 in the 9th minute. Joel Catarinense's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jacinto Leoiar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. The corner led Galo do Japi's Joel Catarinense to fire away a dangerous shot which Jacinto Leoiar despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Joel Catarinense put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Jacinto Leoiar. After 20 minutes, Alejo Palben mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Matheu City FC and the Galo do Japi players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Matheu City FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Alejo Palben hit a great ball. Jacinto Leoiar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chucky Norris, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eulalio Lop kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Galo do Japi's Zeca Caca-Rato quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Eulalio Lop, made in the 28th minute of the game. Jacinto Leoiar came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Galo do Japi's Falcão Duarte. But to his dismay, Falcão Duarte quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. 35 minutes into the game, Dagoberto Tande was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Galo do Japi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Matheu City FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Galo do Japi's Dagoberto Tande got a free kick in the 35th minute. Joel Catarinense took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jacinto Leoiar. Jacinto Leoiar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. In the 47th minute, Nicasio Bakar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

Delfim Chaves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Blas Rozarius in the 56th minute of the match. 58 minutes into the match, Matheu City FC's goal looked a bit too open when Chucky Norris came free, but Jacinto Leoiar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 58 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Joel Catarinense sped through Matheu City FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jacinto Leoiar. 61 minutes into the game, Robinho Salgado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Matheu City FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Galo do Japi the free kick. The supporters of Galo do Japi booed when Matheu City FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robinho Salgado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Galo do Japi's Delfim Chaves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robinho Salgado in the 64th minute of play. 66 minutes into the game, Chucky Norris recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jacinto Leoiar. Chucky Norris showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. Cícero Montenegro kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robinho Salgado in the 72nd minute of play forced Galo do Japi's goalkeeper Delfim Chaves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jacinto Leoiar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joel Catarinense in the 75th minute. In the 77th minute, Matheu City FC's Alejo Palben seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Alejo Palben the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Matheu City FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Alejo Palben had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Matheu City FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 77th minute. Penalty! In the 85th minute, Chucky Norris left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Galo do Japi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-9. Jacinto Leoiar made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Joel Catarinense sent off a good shot on target. Jacinto Leoiar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chucky Norris, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Luis Caetano made in the 92nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Nicasio Bakar however managed to control. The supporters of Galo do Japi booed when Matheu City FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anier Manny didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jacinto Leoiar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guilherme Penha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
