Delfim Chaves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 顾志威, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Oliver Kaan made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Chucky Norris sent off a good shot on target. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joel Catarinense to make the kick off. Joel Catarinense scored 2-0 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Oliver Kaan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
