Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Berdaitz Osorio kicked off to start the match. 4 minutes into the match, Criciúma Esporte Clube's Yeferson Soteldo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lev Yashin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Berdaitz Osorio hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Conjunto Paisa's Lev Yashin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Berdaitz Osorio in the 11th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Yeferson Soteldo in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lev Yashin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lev Yashin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Yeferson Soteldo in the 14th minute. Conjunto Paisa's Lev Yashin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denis Serra in the 19th minute of play. In the 19th minute Berdaitz Osorio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lev Yashin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lev Yashin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Berdaitz Osorio in the 21st minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tomás Angel during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Conjunto Paisa's Fix Zubiaur got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lev Yashin came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Criciúma Esporte Clube's Yeferson Soteldo. But to his dismay, Yeferson Soteldo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fiz Onterino during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Conjunto Paisa's Liu Ping got a free kick in the 31st minute. When Yeferson Soteldo came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Criciúma Esporte Clube fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yeferson Soteldo couldn't finish the play. Lev Yashin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yeferson Soteldo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lev Yashin was out of position in the 39 minute of play, and Yeferson Soteldo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Yeferson Soteldo really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. The supporters of Conjunto Paisa booed when Criciúma Esporte Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Berdaitz Osorio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 45th match minute, Criciúma Esporte Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mário Yepes to maneuver through the defense. Evelio Antoniano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fix Zubiaur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The Criciúma Esporte Clube fans' excitement grew in the 51st match minute when Criciúma Esporte Clube's Yeferson Soteldo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Criciúma Esporte Clube's attentive Rami Arecha managed to snatch the ball when Bo Boris made a throw-in in the 58th minute of the game. Evelio Antoniano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomás Angel's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Tomás Angel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 87thth minute of the game Yeferson Soteldo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Conjunto Paisa's Lev Yashin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 89th minute, Yeferson Soteldo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Criciúma Esporte Clube's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
