Robert Antohi struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Pekko Badla didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Steaua Pildesti. In the 6th minute, Filip Paulescu made a precise shot to the right of Pekko Badla. Alemannia Aachen's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 11 minutes into the match, Alemannia Aachen's goal looked a bit too open when Filip Paulescu came free, but Pekko Badla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 13 minutes, Constantin Deșliu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Steaua Pildesti's supporters crossed their fingers, but Constantin Deșliu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zygmunt Dunajski in the 18th minute of play forced Alemannia Aachen's goalkeeper Pekko Badla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th match minute, Alemannia Aachen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eric Klump to maneuver through the defense. In the 22nd minute, Nicolae Barbu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Steaua Pildesti fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Wolfram Schnaars hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. After 30 minutes of play, FC Steaua Pildesti's Filip Paulescu made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pekko Badla was left in no man's land by his defense there! Filip Paulescu took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pekko Badla. Pekko Badla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. In the 36th minute Zygmunt Dunajski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pekko Badla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robert Antohi in the 38th minute of play forced Alemannia Aachen's goalkeeper Pekko Badla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alemannia Aachen's Pekko Badla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zygmunt Dunajski in the 40th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucian Stere in the 41st minute of play forced Alemannia Aachen's goalkeeper Pekko Badla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 42 minutes into the match, Zygmunt Dunajski notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Alemannia Aachen's Pekko Badla. Pekko Badla was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Robert Antohi took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pekko Badla. Pekko Badla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. Disappointed in the 0-7 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Frederik Stecher made a kick off. Montgomery Heidrich kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. In the 54th minute, Filip Paulescu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pekko Badla was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. 57 minutes into the match, Filip Paulescu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Pekko Badla, 0-9. Pekko Badla was a little too slow when Nicolae Barbu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 64th minute. The score was now 0-11. Günter Gehling kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Zygmunt Dunajski might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pekko Badla. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zygmunt Dunajski ran back to his position shaking his head. Pekko Badla made an important save on a dangerous shot by Robert Antohi in the 77th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zygmunt Dunajski got free with Pekko Badla in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nicolae Barbu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Pekko Badla was out of position in the 83 minute of play, and Filip Paulescu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Filip Paulescu really showed his touch with that goal: 0-14. Pekko Badla came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by FC Steaua Pildesti's Filip Paulescu. But to his dismay, Filip Paulescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-16. Pekko Badla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Constantin Deșliu, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Pekko Badla was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Zygmunt Dunajski showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-17 in the 96 minute of play. FC Steaua Pildesti's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
