Baraxil Sarrate showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Traian Traian, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Valentin Voicu took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andrei Oloieru. Andrei Oloieru dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. VILLARREAL UNITED's Baraxil Sarrate played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Traian Traian in the 16th minute of play. Andrei Oloieru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valentin Voicu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andrei Oloieru stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Valentin Voicu's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. After a rather tough play, VILLARREAL UNITED's Ercole Passalacqua got a free kick in the 22nd minute. In the 24th minute, Traian Traian got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fotbal Club Vaslui's Andrei Oloieru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentin Voicu in the 26th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valentin Voicu in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Andrei Oloieru prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Valentin Voicu came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the VILLARREAL UNITED fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valentin Voicu couldn't finish the play. Valentin Voicu might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Andrei Oloieru. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Valentin Voicu ran back to his position shaking his head. Manole Amărculesei's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 33rdth minute, Baraxil Sarrate skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a rather tough play, VILLARREAL UNITED's Ercole Passalacqua got a free kick in the 45th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 48 minutes, Baraxil Sarrate successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Traian Traian to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52ndth minute of the game Traian Traian who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but VILLARREAL UNITED's Baraxil Sarrate was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Traian Traian's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Baraxil Sarrate was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. The ball went over the crossbar instead. VILLARREAL UNITED's Yusuf Kaya was substituted for Valentin Voicu. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. VILLARREAL UNITED had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
