The coaching staff of Het Koffiehuis protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Milton Nascimento had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Jiang Kun Liang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Toma Lechev in the 9th minute of play. A collision led to Hlonda Boyz getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Wit Redisz hit a great ball. In the 20th minute Toma Lechev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jiang Kun Liang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Constantijn Bauwens could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but 尹乐泉 made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Golo Oolo got free with 尹乐泉 in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Izydor Turacki in the 42nd minute of play forced Het Koffiehuis's goalkeeper Jiang Kun Liang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Het Koffiehuis's Jiang Kun Liang proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Het Koffiehuis from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roland Bejrut got free with Jiang Kun Liang in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 83 minutes into the match, Het Koffiehuis's goal looked a bit too open when Toma Lechev came free, but Jiang Kun Liang reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Many of Hlonda Boyz's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Hlonda Boyz may have spent more time on the ball, but Het Koffiehuis were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
