The supporters of Kingpins booed when ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ging Root didn't get a good kick on the ball. 8 minutes into the match, ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙'s goal looked a bit too open when Roger Sandström came free, but Kepa Arrizabalaga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roger Sandström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kingpins's Brendan Leblanc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ging Root in the 11th minute of play. When Guo Ke Peng came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Kingpins fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guo Ke Peng couldn't finish the play. Kepa Arrizabalaga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rickard Lundgren in the 19th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙'s goal looked a bit too open when Guo Ke Peng came free, but Kepa Arrizabalaga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd minute Kaká Favoretto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brendan Leblanc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙ getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Kaká Favoretto hit a great ball. Guo Ke Peng sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Ging Root kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Brendan Leblanc. That made the score 1-0 in the 28 minute of play. Kingpins's Brendan Leblanc proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Kingpins from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ging Root got free with Brendan Leblanc in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 34th minute ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙ were awarded a corner. 余政翀 went to the cornerflag to take it. Ging Root made a great header on ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙'s corner, it was just that Kingpins's Brendan Leblanc managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 38th minute, Arthur Guedes reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Brendan Leblanc. The goal made the score 2-0. If Rickard Lundgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kepa Arrizabalaga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rickard Lundgren in the 42nd minute of the match. Rickard Lundgren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kepa Arrizabalaga read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. A collision led to ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙ getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Jacinto Ramos hit a great ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rickard Lundgren made a kick off. Kingpins's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Karl Trulsson in the 54th minute. After a defensive mix-up in ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙'s zone, Guo Ke Peng stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kepa Arrizabalaga came out of the goal and Guo Ke Peng tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 58th match minute, Kingpins was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chris Lindstrøm to maneuver through the defense. Chris Lindstrøm charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Chris Lindstrøm the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 60th match minute, Kingpins was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chris Lindstrøm to maneuver through the defense. Brendan Leblanc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arthur Guedes in the 61st minute of play. Guo Ke Peng fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kepa Arrizabalaga having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 64 minutes, Kepa Arrizabalaga successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Ging Root recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Kingpins fans' excitement grew in the 72nd match minute when Kingpins's Roger Västerstrand looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Brendan Leblanc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ging Root in the 85th minute of the match. Kepa Arrizabalaga stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Roger Västerstrand's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. The corner led Kingpins's Rickard Lundgren to fire away a dangerous shot which Kepa Arrizabalaga despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Keno Dibra charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Keno Dibra the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Bo Kruuse managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kingpins's supporters rose to their feet, but Bo Kruuse was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kepa Arrizabalaga breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kingpins's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
