Paraguay's Jacobo Nores tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ruben Iglesias blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jacobo Nores having to make a save. Jacobo Nores made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruben Iglesias in the 12th minute of play. 14 minutes into the game, Ruben Iglesias cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Jacobo Nores was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Paraguay getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Juan Diego Tenorio hit a great ball. In the 18th minute, Ruben Iglesias made a precise shot to the right of Jacobo Nores. Paraguay's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. After having played for 21 minutes, Héctor Gordon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. YerBaTerOs's supporters crossed their fingers, but Héctor Gordon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Paraguay's zone, Ruben Iglesias stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacobo Nores came out of the goal and Ruben Iglesias tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jacobo Nores showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruben Iglesias in the 30th minute of the match. Intriago Viles recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 37th match minute, Paraguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Diego Tenorio to maneuver through the defense. Ruben Iglesias might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jacobo Nores. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ruben Iglesias ran back to his position shaking his head. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruben Iglesias in the 39th minute of play. Jacobo Nores didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ruben Iglesias went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

YerBaTerOs's Andres Anguciana was substituted for Intriago Viles. In the 56thth minute of the game Andres Anguciana who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Paraguay's Jacobo Nores was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andres Anguciana in the 57th minute of play forced Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Paraguay's Hector Covarrubias got a free kick in the 60th minute. Jacobo Nores didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Andres Anguciana went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score. 10-0 became the score in the 67th minute when Zoil Soltero elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After 70 minutes, Andres Anguciana made it 11-0 with a short kick to the right side. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Lucio Bruna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 78th minute YerBaTerOs were awarded a corner. Ascencio Puente went to the cornerflag to take it. Jacobo Nores made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andres Anguciana in the 86th minute of play. 88 minutes into the game, Andres Anguciana cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 13-0. Jacobo Nores was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Andres Anguciana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 95 minutes into the match, Paraguay's goal looked a bit too open when Andres Anguciana came free, but Jacobo Nores reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Paraguay's Xavier Zoido got a free kick in the 95th minute. Jacobo Nores showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andres Anguciana, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andres Anguciana in the 97th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. YerBaTerOs fully deserved thier win.
