Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) After a rather tough play, Mexico's Macos Graciani got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Dante Lacasa was a little too slow when Jan-Olof Eliasson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 3rd minute. The score was now 1-0. When Lautaro Mancebo came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lautaro Mancebo couldn't finish the play. Joel Gaona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Belchior Saldanha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lautaro Mancebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Belchior Saldanha having to interfere. Luca Rouco kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. A collision led to La Gallardeta getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Alessio Scandella hit a great ball. Joel Gaona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Belchior Saldanha having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Joel Gaona's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Belchior Saldanha was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. 34 minutes into the match, La Gallardeta's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Belchior Saldanha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joel Gaona struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Belchior Saldanha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. In the 42nd match minute, La Gallardeta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alessio Scandella to maneuver through the defense. Mexico's Alberto Tafalla got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 46th minute of play forced La Gallardeta's goalkeeper Belchior Saldanha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Joel Gaona made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Mexico's Joel Gaona sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Belchior Saldanha narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 55 minutes into the match, La Gallardeta's goalkeeper Belchior Saldanha had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Joel Gaona. Fulgencio Gartzi scored 2-0 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dante Lacasa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 60th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Belchior Saldanha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Belchior Saldanha came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Joel Gaona. But to his dismay, Joel Gaona quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan-Olof Eliasson in the 63rd minute of play. La Gallardeta's Belchior Saldanha proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save La Gallardeta from getting a goal against them. Belchior Saldanha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 68th minute of play. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan-Olof Eliasson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Bragan McPhil fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La Gallardeta's protests and gave Bragan McPhil a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, La Gallardeta's Bragan McPhil got a free kick in the 73rd minute. 75 minutes into the match, La Gallardeta's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Belchior Saldanha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lautaro Mancebo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Belchior Saldanha made a huge save. Belchior Saldanha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 94th minute of play. La Gallardeta's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
