After a defensive mix-up in Viejo Lobo De Mar's zone, Patricio Costa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Damaso Urbez came out of the goal and Patricio Costa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Zbyszko Dziewedik kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. In the 16th minute Kong Xi Guo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Viejo Lobo De Mar's Zbyszko Dziewedik got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kong Xi Guo in the 26th minute of play. 29 minutes into the match, Zbyszko Dziewedik dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant, 2-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Illescas in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Damaso Urbez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Zbyszko Dziewedik took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. With an all-out effort, Viejo Lobo De Mar's Jonathan Ferrant threw himself towards the right post 42 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Zbyszko Dziewedik, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zbyszko Dziewedik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zbyszko Dziewedik in the 44thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The supporters of Viejo Lobo De Mar booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rigoberto Mina didn't get a good kick on the ball. Codruț Văleanu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Viejo Lobo De Mar made a substitution. Severino Natanael replaced Kong Xi Guo. The wind increased when Zbyszko Dziewedik made the kick off in the second half. Tomas Illescas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Damaso Urbez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zbyszko Dziewedik in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zbyszko Dziewedik went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zbyszko Dziewedik's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. Viejo Lobo De Mar's Damaso Urbez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Costa in the 91st minute of play. Viejo Lobo De Mar's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
