Panama's Marcos Cotilla proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Panama from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as StardustRevolution's Piara Santo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Marcos Cotilla. That made the score 2-1 after 20 minutes of play. Piara Santo might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcos Cotilla. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Piara Santo ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 23rd minute Piara Santo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isidoro Sarmiento to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Salvador Rosalio in the 28th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Cambeiro to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Panama's Marcos Cotilla got control of the ball when Piara Santo tried to sneak it across the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, Piara Santo notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Panama's Marcos Cotilla. Panama's Marcos Cotilla proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Panama from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Piara Santo got free with Marcos Cotilla in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Piara Santo was the one to do the kick off. In the 51stth minute of the game Piara Santo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Panama's Marcos Cotilla was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Piara Santo hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. 58 minutes into the game, Piara Santo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Marcos Cotilla was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. StardustRevolution made a substitution. Adolfo Fresco replaced Leon Huchro. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adolfo Fresco in the 64th minute of the match. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oscar Santo, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. After 71 minutes of play, StardustRevolution's Oscar Santo made it 7-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcos Cotilla was left in no man's land by his defense there! Marcos Cotilla didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adolfo Fresco went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-1 was the resulting score. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adolfo Fresco in the 77th minute of the match. 78 minutes had been played when some careless play by Panama's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Oscar Santo was slow to take the kick. During this time StardustRevolution's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Oscar Santo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Marcos Cotilla quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eduardo Vasco in the 78th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Panama booed when StardustRevolution was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anier Sandaili didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 84th match minute, StardustRevolution was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adolfo Fresco to maneuver through the defense. In the 86th minute Adolfo Fresco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eduardo Vasco struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Marcos Cotilla didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for StardustRevolution. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oscar Santo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Flavius Ichim kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. There was no doubt that StardustRevolution were the better team. StardustRevolution's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
