Juan Estevon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Zorita went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 35th minute, Cristian Sancho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 44th minute Nikolay Momchilov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ФК ОВЕЧ's Juan Estevon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 47th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Juan Estevon in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 58 minutes into the match, ФК ОВЕЧ's Nikolay Momchilov sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 61 minutes into the game, Juan Sebastián Puig was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Daniel Zorita who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 81stth minute tested the skills of Juan Estevon when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Daniel Zorita had several of the ФК ОВЕЧ's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 81 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-2 score and a disappointed Juan Estevon as he didn't even see the shot coming. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Juan Estevon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 96th minute Arnulfo Sugoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
