FC Bansko's Dimitar Vetzov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Virgilio Laffitte in the 8th minute of play. 10 minutes into the match, FC Bansko's goal looked a bit too open when Lucas Ugutz came free, but Dimitar Vetzov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Venko Petrov stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. FC Bansko were furious when Hristiyan Karaleev was red carded, 51 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 51 minutes into the game, one of FC Bansko:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Dimitar Vetzov was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Carapa FC made a substitution. Lázaro Ramone replaced Virgilio Laffitte. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rangel Machev in the 67th minute of play forced FC Bansko's goalkeeper Dimitar Vetzov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 82nd minute Rangel Machev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dimitar Vetzov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Gencho Mangezov came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the FC Bansko fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gencho Mangezov couldn't finish the play. Romualdas Motiekaitis charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Romualdas Motiekaitis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 88 played minutes Carapa FC got a freekick which was hit by Romualdas Motiekaitis. After a rather tough play, Carapa FC's Romualdas Motiekaitis got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Gencho Mangezov struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Braulio Manny didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Bansko. FC Bansko's Dimitar Vetzov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rangel Machev in the 97th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Carapa FC had won after a very even match.
