Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Asserlindh in the 7th minute. Jonas Hellqvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Dante Lacasa made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 12th minute of play forced StraX Xenon FC's goalkeeper Mattias Olofsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Torbjörn Brummer, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. After 15 minutes of play, Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mattias Olofsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the Mexico defense, Jonas Hellqvist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dante Lacasa. The Mexico fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dante Lacasa should have stopped the shot. 24 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jonas Hellqvist. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonas Hellqvist got free with Dante Lacasa in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alberto Tafalla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mattias Olofsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Luca Zorita got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Mattias Olofsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. 36 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Torbjörn Brummer came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 38 minutes into the game, Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mattias Olofsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. 41 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Pelle Smedfeldt came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jonas Hellqvist to strike the kick off in the second half. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torbjörn Brummer in the 51st minute of play. The supporters of Mexico booed when StraX Xenon FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pelle Smedfeldt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mattias Olofsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 53rd minute. After 54 minutes StraX Xenon FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Gaona who took care of the corner kick. Luca Rouco was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. 57 minutes into the match, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mattias Olofsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 58th minute. Mexico's Joel Gaona was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Mattias Olofsson in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 59th minute, Sigvard Frykberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. StraX Xenon FC's Christer Zachrisson was substituted for Villiam Johnsson. StraX Xenon FC made a substitution. Joacim Andersson replaced Torbjörn Brummer. Ragnar Runeberg hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. 78 minutes into the game, Joel Gaona cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Mattias Olofsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 81st minute, Joel Gaona fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Mattias Olofsson, passed just outside the right post. Mattias Olofsson was out of position in the 82 minute of play, and Joel Gaona capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Joel Gaona really showed his touch with that goal: 1-5. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonas Hellqvist in the 85th minute of play. A collision led to StraX Xenon FC getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Sigvard Frykberg hit a great ball. In the 88th minute, Facundo Cadaval hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomas Asserlindh fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Lacasa having to interfere. After 94 minutes StraX Xenon FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Gaona who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Joel Gaona almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but StraX Xenon FC's Mattias Olofsson did a great save. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joacim Andersson in the 96th minute of play. The StraX Xenon FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Mexico were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
