Hernan Machado scored 1-0 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gerben Eylens, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 7 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Weena! Evis Tavira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lawrence Udias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Gerben Eylens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gertjan van Zwam during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of INTERNAUTAS FDC booed when Weena was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gertjan van Zwam didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Hernan Machado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 20 minutes into the match, Weena's goal looked a bit too open when Hernan Machado came free, but Gerben Eylens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 23 minutes of play, INTERNAUTAS FDC's Hernan Machado made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gerben Eylens was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gerben Eylens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hernan Machado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Hernan Machado came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the INTERNAUTAS FDC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hernan Machado couldn't finish the play. Hernan Machado might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gerben Eylens. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hernan Machado ran back to his position shaking his head. After 39 played minutes Weena got a freekick which was hit by Simon Hartogh. Gerben Eylens came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by INTERNAUTAS FDC's Hernan Machado. But to his dismay, Hernan Machado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. James Rodriguez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

The wind increased when James Rodriguez made the kick off in the second half. Gio Sloothaak could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Banan Balle made a huge save. After 52 minutes, Simon Hartogh mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Weena and the INTERNAUTAS FDC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 52nd minute, Simon Hartogh hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Jan Hilkes fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Weena's protests and gave Jan Hilkes a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Weena's Jan Hilkes got a free kick in the 55th minute. INTERNAUTAS FDC's James Rodriguez got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The INTERNAUTAS FDC fans' excitement grew in the 67th match minute when INTERNAUTAS FDC's Hernan Machado looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. James Rodriguez struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Gerben Eylens didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for INTERNAUTAS FDC. Weena's Gerben Eylens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hernan Machado in the 72nd minute of play. After some careless play in the Weena defense, James Rodriguez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gerben Eylens. The Weena fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gerben Eylens should have stopped the shot. When James Rodriguez came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the INTERNAUTAS FDC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that James Rodriguez couldn't finish the play. The INTERNAUTAS FDC fans' excitement grew in the 80th match minute when INTERNAUTAS FDC's Hernan Machado looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. In the 87thth minute of the game Hernan Machado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Weena's Gerben Eylens was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gerben Eylens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from James Rodriguez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When INTERNAUTAS FDC's Hernan Machado in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Weena's goalie prevented a goal. INTERNAUTAS FDC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
