Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Daniel Zorita got the match started through his kick off. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Antonio Arias hit a great ball. In the 15th minute, Ecuador's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Radamel Falcao fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radamel Falcao, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Polikarp Miheev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 27 minutes into the game, Kazimierz Merski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Julio Vera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Radamel Falcao had several of the Ecuador's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 30 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Julio Vera as he didn't even see the shot coming. Polikarp Miheev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tobiasz Dubiel during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 37 played minutes FC Barcelona Lassa got a freekick which was hit by Tobiasz Dubiel. 38 minutes into the match, FC Barcelona Lassa's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Polikarp Miheev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 41 played minutes FC Barcelona Lassa got a freekick which was hit by Radamel Falcao. If Radamel Falcao had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anton Gertsyk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Radamel Falcao made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 52nd minute of play forced FC Barcelona Lassa's goalkeeper Polikarp Miheev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristian Sancho struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Polikarp Miheev didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. After some careless play in the Ecuador defense, Anton Gertsyk kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Julio Vera. The Ecuador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Julio Vera should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Radamel Falcao's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 62 minutes, Cristian Sancho took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Polikarp Miheev to make any attempt to save it. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan Feliu in the 64th minute of play. In the 66th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Polikarp Miheev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 67 minutes FC Barcelona Lassa's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. The supporters of Ecuador booed when FC Barcelona Lassa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anton Gertsyk didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 69th minute Anton Gertsyk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radamel Falcao in the 74th minute of play. 80 minutes into the match, FC Barcelona Lassa's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Polikarp Miheev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Camilo Gisbert kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. In the 85th minute, Cristian Sancho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. FC Barcelona Lassa's Polikarp Miheev proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save FC Barcelona Lassa from getting a goal against them. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anton Gertsyk, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. FC Barcelona Lassa's Juan Feliu got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. FC Barcelona Lassa had won after a very even match.
