In the 14th minute Baltasar Marquez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atilano Elia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Soflov FC were furious when Jose Polentzi was red carded, 16 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 16th minute, Jose Polentzi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tiburcio Cuartio kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Isaias Eztebe, 22 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. A collision led to Soflov FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Gilberto Barros hit a great ball. When the match clock showed 29 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Baltasar Marquez sped through Soflov FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Atilano Elia. Tiburcio Cuartio made in the 37th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Marco Ostargi immediately put the ball in play. After a rather tough play, Soflov FC's Nicanor Manex got a free kick in the 37th minute. GUSESI's Baltasar Marquez was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 38th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Atilano Elia was out of position in the 45 minute of play, and Baltasar Marquez capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Baltasar Marquez really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. After a defensive mix-up in Soflov FC's zone, Baltasar Marquez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Atilano Elia came out of the goal and Baltasar Marquez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Inocencio Romano was the one to do the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nicanor Manex during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Nicanor Manex hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. In the 70th minute, Nicanor Manex hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kevin Keegan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nicanor Manex kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Celso Oto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicanor Manex in the 76th minute of play. After 82 minutes of play, GUSESI's Baltasar Marquez made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net.
