The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Delfim Soares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Memphis Xande in the 5th minute of the match. Delfim Soares came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by New Joinville - FSCMZ's Memphis Xande. But to his dismay, Memphis Xande quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After 11 played minutes Renegados got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Alberto Fernandez. After 12 minutes, Xande Gol made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Renegados's Delfim Soares tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Through an outstanding action, after 15 minutes, Delfim Soares successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Delfim Soares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xande Gol in the 19th minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Renegados's goalkeeper Delfim Soares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Memphis Xande. The supporters of New Joinville - FSCMZ booed when Renegados was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Alberto Fernandez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Memphis Xande struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Delfim Soares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for New Joinville - FSCMZ. In the 33rd minute, Xande Gol ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Delfim Soares was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Memphis Xande could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Delfim Soares made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Memphis Xande got free with Delfim Soares in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 45th minute of the match, Xande Gol tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Delfim Soares saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

In the 60th minute Xande Gol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delfim Soares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Delfim Soares didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Memphis Xande went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. After 67 played minutes New Joinville - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Haroldo Tepedino. In the 69th minute Humberto do Nascimento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delfim Soares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Xande Gol made a precise shot to the right of Delfim Soares. Renegados's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. New Joinville - FSCMZ walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
