Olívio Abraão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sidney de Queirós in the 14th minute of the match. In the 15thth minute of the game Lamine Xande who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Inter Gala's Olívio Abraão was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Basílio Ferraz fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Inter Gala's protests and gave Basílio Ferraz a yellow card for diving instead. Basílio Ferraz hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. In the 20th minute Ronaldo Viana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olívio Abraão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Inter Gala booed when New Joinville - FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Durvalino Travassos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Víktor Passos hit a great ball. New Joinville - FSCMZ's Glauco Correia was substituted for Sidney de Queirós. The long shot by Válbson Schmidt in the 67th minute really tested Olívio Abraão's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. New Joinville - FSCMZ's Robinho de Souza was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 69th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Olívio Abraão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Válbson Schmidt, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. After a rather tough play, Inter Gala's Víktor Passos got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Tales Alvarenga hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. In the 77th minute of the match Válbson Schmidt shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Olívio Abraão showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 78th play minute Robinho de Souza came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Olívio Abraão. 0-7. In the 85th minute of the match, Válbson Schmidt tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Olívio Abraão saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Olívio Abraão made an important save on a dangerous shot by Robinho de Souza in the 93rd minute. After 95 played minutes Inter Gala got a freekick which was hit by Armandinho Queiroz.
